Yay!! We made it all the way to Friday! I am so excited for how this tour has shaped up. Everybody's fitness stories have been excellent, and I know today will be no different.
Today we're talking about the ORIGINAL (and FREE) fitness activity. Exploring the great outdoors! No gym membership necessary. It's family-friendly. And in many cases, all you need with you is the shirt on your back and a great pair of shoes. (But to be safe, don't skip the pants, too. Can't be seen advocating public indecency now can I?)
This is my go-to strategy for combating cranky children and stressed out parents. Get up, get out, and GO. As for what you do when you're out there??
