It's Friday! Which means it's time for another Fall Pattern Round-Up. This week my bloggy friends showcased their favorite Tops and Tunics from Indie-Pattern-Land:
They did such AWESOME jobs, and gave excellent feed back on the fit and pattern adjustments they needed to make. They chose patterns for woven and knits - and two of which are both woven AND knit friendly!
I've sewn three of these patterns myself: the Camas, the Quick Dress, and the Everyday Elegance. And, while I spent yesterday sewing up my Day-into-night top, I have considerable adjustments left to make before it can make it's blog debut. At this rate, it looks like I'll be a week behind the rest of the showcase schedule :P
Instead - Check out my Fall Layer! I blogged lots of knit tips (picking the right fabric for your knit patterns) and word on the street is there's a giveaway available too. Click the photo below for a whole wealth of Fall Layer Sewing tips:
Come back next week - we're talking PANTS and my good friend Stephanie is already blogging fitting tips. Ya'll can get in line behind me - I'll be banging down the door Monday to read those!! But that's not all - more familiar faces await:
Hope you're inspired to get some Fall Sewing started! We'll be doing another round of sew-and-tell this weekend in the Capsule group on Facebook. Get inspired, share your sews, or ask your fitting questions. We're here to help and encourage! XOXO!
