Welcome back to the Capsule Wardrobe Planning process my friends!! I've totally lost my Fall sew-jo (I must have sweat it out in all this 90+ degree temps here in central VA!), but new releases from these pattern designers have me believing cool weather will come eventually! And now that I've figured out generally what I want my capsule to look like, I can audition these patterns for the job. Check them out, and be sure to tell me your impressions in the comments below!

Now, I happen to adore this line. It's perfect for my petite-(turning)pear-shape frame, with princess seams to help fit my sway-back-big-booty, and waist cinching details to help define womanly curves. But in an effort to provide unbiased reporting, the gals and I agree this may not be the best collection for our busty friends.
Who loves a bundle sale?? This bundle is full of wardrobe layering staples. Not great for those who have been pattern collecting for any real length of time, but if you're new to the world of women's sews, this is a great base to build on.
Everyone's favorite Finnish design team has released their Fall Pattern look-book! It looks like they're hitting all the trends this season with culottes, wrap dresses, trenches, and boxy crop tops. I'll love this line from afar, since they design for bodies 6 inches taller than my own. (Check what size/shape bodies Named - and 50+ more of your favorite designers - build their patterns for, here!)
Stock up on your loungewear with the latest issue of Seamwork! The Akita top is a simple layering staple that promises to sew up in an hour, and the Moji pants are evidence of the "athliesure" trend I reported a few weeks ago. (See more about trends here!)

All my Fall/Winter cozy knit wear comes from P4P, so I'm not even a little surprised to see Judy's announced another must-have seasonal design! I've hacked cardigans before, but I am excited to have the work done for me this season. Especially with THREE capsules to sew this season ;) Keep an eye out for this layering piece!
That's all I've got for you this week! Which are you most excited to sew? What else have you seen release lately? What designers are you stalking for their new collections?? Share them in the comments below! I'll update my pinboard with all your favorite releases:
